ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety Patient Stories

Megan is a first-time mom navigating motherhood, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

Megan's History with the Conditions

Wanting to help those struggling with similar difficulties, Megan started a blog to relay her experiences and show fellow people they're not alone.

As well as a writer, Megan is a mental health advocate who talks at various charity and healthcare conferences. She aims to help the UK's mental health support services supply tailored help to their patients and clients.

Before becoming a mother, Megan suffered for approximately ten years from anxiety and depression. She was diagnosed with ADHD as a child but was not treated.

Megan was also diagnosed with PTSD in 2016 following an experience that led to night terrors and regular flashbacks.

She hopes you find her stories honest, direct, and helpful.
