We're committed to narrowing the gender gap here at Teva. After all, gender equality isn't only the right thing to do; it's necessary for our business to thrive. Over the last few years, we've implemented programs to promote gender equality, including coaching and mentoring to support women's professional development and company-wide education and learning activities. As a result, of such initiatives, our people have told us they've felt there have been improvements in inclusion & diversity.
